Before anything comes apart
Most shops tell you the price after they’ve taken it apart.

This is the part you approve.
Nothing moves until you tap one of the two buttons. If you’d rather talk it through, tap the other one and the tech who looked at it calls you back.
Loomis Auto Service · 9:20 AM
Front pads are down to 2mm. Rotors measured fine, they don’t need replacing, so it’s pads and labor only.

The shop
Three bays, two brothers, since 1998.
Ray and Dale Loomis opened on NW 10th with one lift and a phone book ad. Same corner, same family, two ASE‑certified techs and a loaner car that has seen better days.

Questions
The ones we get every week.
Do I need an appointment?
Not before 9 AM. Walk in, leave it, and we’ll text you by lunch. After 9 it’s better to call, because the bays fill up.
What if I approve the work and you find something else?
You get another text, with another photo and another number. We don’t roll extra work into a job you already approved.
Do you work on my make?
Domestic, Japanese and Korean, everything from 1996 up. European we’ll take a look at, but we’ll tell you honestly if the dealer is the better call.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, and we’ll fit them. The labor warranty still stands, the part warranty is between you and whoever sold it.
How long is the warranty?
24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor for most repairs. It’s printed on the invoice, not buried on a website.
